How to make an appointment

Making an appointment at Kaleidoscope is a simple procedure! You do not need a referral however you may be referred to us by a professional such as your child's teacher, therapist or medical practitioner. Simply call us and give your details to any of our office staff, our office manager, by calling: (65) 62565342 or by sending us an email at:
info@kaleidoscope.com.sg.

Our office is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday until 5pm. Please don't hesitate to leave a message if we can't answer the phone and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will request that you fill in a parent questionnaire to provide us with enough background information to help determine which of our services and therapists would be the best match for your child. It is recommended that you return it with any other information you would like to share with us (such as reports from other therapists, psychologists or school personnel) prior to your appointment date so that the therapist is well briefed before meeting your child.
