Chong Yiau Chi

Yiau Chi is a occupational therapist with more than 10 years of pediatric experience. Her interests include working with children and infants with brain injury, cerebral palsy, motor dysfunction and sensory processing issues.

Yiau Chi’s experience includes the management of children with a wide range of challenges including brain injury, cerebral palsy, syndromes, epilepsy, developmental delay, sensory processing disorders, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and learning disabilities. Her approach towards therapy is a family centered one.

She has undergone training and attended workshops in areas such as the Floortime approach, Samonas sound therapy, sensory integration and sensory processing. She has also trained in social thinking and behaviour intervention approaches. Yiau Chi is a certified neurodevelopmental therapist (NDT) and is SPIT certified.

B.HSc Occ Therapy (University of Sydney) Member of SAOT,
