Anika completed an undergraduate degree in language, literacy and communication before completing her Masters in Speech and Language Sciences from University College London. She then spent several years working for the NHS in the UK before moving initially to Hong Kong, then Singapore.

Anika has experience working with children of all ages with a wide range of communication needs, including speech and language delay and speech disorders. She has supported children in mainstream education with speech, language and literacy challenges and also enjoys working with children who have more complex communication needs that may arise due to genetic conditions such as Down Syndrome or neurological differences such as autism. 


Anika believes in collaborating with parents to help bring out the best in their child and embraces the open-door policy at Kaleidoscope.
