A physiotherapist helps babies and children move to their best of their ability.

 

 

In order to help the child and family, a physiotherapist will spend some time with your child to assess your child's (emerging) skills.

They treat conditions related to genetic, neurological and orthopedic disorders.

 

They work with children who have:

 

  • Celebral palsy

  • Torticollis

  • Muscular Dystrphy

  • Gait related difficulties

  • Conditions such as sprains, back pain, arthritis, strains, incontinence, bursitis, posture problems 

  • Sport injuries, plus reduced mobility

  • Rehabilitation following surgery

  • Disorders of the nervous system including strokes, spinal cord injuries, acquired brain injuries, multiple sclerosis
